Road Department closed to walk-in traffic
June 30, 2020 – The Road Department is currently staffed and operating but due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, access to the Road Department office will be closed to walk-in traffic. Correspondence with the Road Department staff is to be by phone, email and physical mail only. Walk-in service is being discontinued until further notice.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Road Department staff will continue to do their very best to serve your needs. We appreciate your patience and cooperation with these measures.

Road Department Capital Improvement Plan
Questionnaire: Updated 7-15-20
A Six-Year Road Capital Improvement Plan is being developed by The Dyer Partnership for the Curry County Road Department, and will include current safety and traffic conditions, and a priority schedule for road improvements. The questionnaire is intended to allow county residents and businesses to express their opinions, concerns, and suggestions relating to transportation needs. Only roads currently owned and maintained by the Curry County Road Department are listed in the questionnaire. 2020 ROAD STRIPING PROJECT
The contracted County Road Striping Project is expected to begin Monday, August 10, 2020 and run two to three weeks barring weather delays. This annual striping project includes painting the centerline and fog lines on various county roads throughout Curry County. Motorists are advised to use caution when observing the striping equipment and to avoid crossing freshly painted lines. (Posted 8-5-20)
